ATEC's Managing Director

WELCOME FROM PETER SHELLEY

ATEC is delighted to partner with Tourism Tasmania to deliver Meeting Place 2026 in Tasmania/Lutruwita this October.

Tasmania is one of Australia's most compelling tourism destinations, and there's no better way to experience it than through the eyes of the people who sell it to the world.

With a concentrated group of international buyers gathered in one place, Meeting Place is the most accessible platform for Australian Tourism businesses to get their product in front of the right people. Pre- and post-event famils will give buyers a first-hand taste of what the island has to offer, with the formal program to follow in Hobart/Nipaluna.

We look forward to seeing you in October.

Peter Shelley

Managing Director, ATEC
